Blastak is a software platform for appointment management and customer communication.

By accessing or using Blastak, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

Blastak provides SaaS software for managing bookings, reminders, transactional messages and scheduling operations.

Blastak acts exclusively as a technology provider. Blastak does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional services to end customers.

An account is required to use certain features.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Keep your access credentials confidential.
• Take responsibility for actions performed through your account.

Businesses using Blastak are solely responsible for their services, regulatory compliance and customer relationships.

Blastak does not verify or guarantee the qualifications, licences, authorisations or sector-specific compliance of professionals listed through the platform.

You agree not to use Blastak to:

• Impersonate an identity or professional qualifications.
• Carry out illegal, fraudulent or misleading activities.
• Distribute spam or malicious content, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, data or systems.

Blastak provides booking software infrastructure. Blastak is not a party to the contractual relationship between a business and its end customer.

Blastak does not guarantee the quality, compliance, performance or safety of services provided by businesses using the platform.

Each business remains solely responsible for the legality of its activity, its commitments and fulfilment of its obligations to customers.

Blastak may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity, or to protect the integrity of the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time.

Blastak aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical incidents.

Blastak is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blastak shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to use of the service.

Blastak is not responsible for services, advice, acts, omissions or disputes between a business using the platform and its customers.

Blastak may update these terms to reflect changes in the product, legal obligations or operations. The current version is published on this page with its effective date.
