How booking and plan limits work
Client confirmation
Every client receives an instant WhatsApp confirmation with a management link to reschedule or cancel easily.
Monthly bookings
Gratuit includes 10 billable bookings per month. Duplicates, owner cancellations and other eligible cases return the credit under the billing rules.
Payment
The booking flow does not ask the customer to pay. Gratuit stops at its monthly quota; Solo, Pro and Premium can add credits with Recharge Pass.
Languages
Booking and the interface are available in French, English and Arabic. Production WhatsApp confirmations and reminders are currently in French.

Do my clients need an account to book?
No. They open your booking link, choose the service and time, and enter their WhatsApp number. No sign-up and no app required.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?
Blastak sends reminders automatically before the appointment. The client can then reschedule or cancel through the management link.
What if I have multiple staff members or practitioners?
Staff management requires Premium. Assign services, working hours and time off to each person, with a central view for the owner. Pro is an owner-only plan.
Can I create bookings manually?
Yes. In addition to online bookings, you can add manual appointments from the dashboard for clients who contact you directly.
How much does Blastak cost?
Free plan up to 10 bookings per month, no credit card required. Then Solo (179 MAD), Pro (349 MAD), or Premium (699 MAD), plus prepaid Recharge Pass (99 MAD for +40 bookings).
