Pricing questions

What counts toward the quota?

An appointment stays counted only while it remains billable. Eligible cancellations, duplicates, spam, or system corrections automatically return the slot to your quota.

Can I change plans mid-month?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The change applies immediately and prorating is calculated automatically.

What happens if I reach my quota?

On the Free plan, new bookings are blocked. On paid plans, you can add a Recharge Pass (79 MAD / +50 bookings) or upgrade.

Is there a commitment or hidden fees?

No commitment. Monthly subscription, cancel anytime. No setup fees and no commission on payments (customer pays on-site).

How do I pay?

No card is required to start the 30-day Pro trial. If you choose to continue on a paid plan, payment then happens by card through our secure checkout, with automatic monthly billing.

Does Recharge Pass expire?

Credits added through Recharge Pass remain available until they are used. They do not disappear when the billing cycle changes.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

No commitment: you can cancel anytime. Your account stays active until the end of the current cycle. You can request a data export (appointments, clients) before closure. After deletion, data is purged according to our privacy policy.

What happens if a WhatsApp message is not delivered?

Blastak uses the official WhatsApp Business API. If a message fails (invalid number, phone off), the health dashboard shows the status of each template. Your bookings remain active in the calendar regardless of message status.

Is Recharge Pass better value than upgrading my plan?

Recharge Pass (79 MAD / +50 bookings) is ideal for occasional spikes (peak season, holidays). If you regularly exceed your quota, upgrading to the next plan costs less per booking and unlocks additional features.
