Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need to install an app?

No. They book from a simple web link and receive everything on WhatsApp. No account or app required.

How does the customer reschedule or cancel?

From the manage link sent with the confirmation and, when supported, through compatible WhatsApp actions.

Can I keep my WhatsApp contact number?

Yes. Transactional messages are sent by Blastak on behalf of your business, and your contact number stays visible.

How does Recharge Pass work?

When you approach quota, add +50 booking credits for 79 MAD. They stay available until used.

When does an appointment return to my quota?

If the appointment is cancelled by the business, invalidated as a duplicate, corrected manually, or accidentally cancelled by the customer in an eligible case, Blastak marks it non-billable and automatically returns the quota.

Does it work for multiple staff members?

Yes, on Premium. You can add team members, define their services and schedules, and let Blastak distribute bookings when the customer does not pick anyone.
