Master Recharge Pass without friction

On Solo, Pro or Premium, track your monthly quota and add a Recharge Pass (99 MAD for +40 bookings) so bookings keep coming in after the quota.

Objective

Avoid booking blocks after the monthly quota and track usage in real time.

Prerequisites

  • Active Solo, Pro, or Premium plan.
  • Access to the Billing page in the admin.
  • Business WhatsApp number configured to receive alerts.

Steps

  1. Monitor the monthly usage gauge in Billing (included + wallet).
  2. When the 90% alert arrives on WhatsApp, open the secure recharge link.
  3. Buy a Recharge Pass (99 MAD for +40 bookings) and verify the wallet update.
  4. Check consumption speed weekly to anticipate future recharges.

Expected outcome

A paid and credited recharge increases the available balance. Check that balance before relying on the extra bookings.

Troubleshooting

  • If credits are missing after payment, reload Billing and check the balance. If the issue persists, contact support with the payment reference.
  • If you hit 90% too early regularly, consider upgrading your plan instead of chaining recharges.
