Steps

1. Monitor the monthly usage gauge in Billing (included + wallet).
2. When the 90% alert arrives on WhatsApp, open the secure recharge link.
3. Buy a Recharge Pass (79 MAD for +50 bookings) and verify the wallet update.
4. Check consumption speed weekly to anticipate future recharges.

Expected outcome

Bookings continue without interruption after quota, with predictable volume management.

Troubleshooting

• If the wallet doesn't increase after payment, check the Stripe webhook status then the recharge purchases section.
• If you hit 90% too early regularly, consider upgrading your plan instead of chaining recharges.
